We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development/Account Manager to assist in our business expansion efforts in the IT and healthcare staffing sector in both the federal and commercial space. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving sales, building strategic relationships, and achieving revenue targets. This position is based in Towson, MD, and will play a pivotal role in shaping the growth and success of The ACI Group, Inc.

Responsibilities
  • Strategic Business Development: Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy to expand The ACI Group's footprint in the IT and healthcare staffing market.
  • Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their business needs and providing staffing solutions that exceed expectations.
  • Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and market demands to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of the curve.
  • Proposal Development: Collaborate with the proposal team to create compelling proposals that address client needs and showcase The ACI Group's unique value proposition.
  • Revenue Growth: Drive revenue growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, upselling to existing clients, and expanding service offerings.
  • Networking: Represent The ACI Group at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to enhance brand visibility and establish the company as a thought leader in the IT and healthcare staffing space.
  • Performance Metrics: Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of business development initiatives and adjust strategies accordingly.
Requirements
  • Experience in business development and account management within the IT and healthcare staffing industry preferred but not required.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • In-depth knowledge of the IT and healthcare staffing market.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
