We are seeking a candidate with proven experience in social media management and content creation, with the ability to propose innovative ideas for engaging campaigns, record high-quality videos, capture compelling photographs, and edit multimedia content to enhance our online presence. Strong copywriting skills are essential for crafting persuasive and engaging messages that resonate with our audience.
Role & Responsibilities

- Social Media:
- Make sure we have constant engagement with our partners in social media and create a quick campaign to increase our followers on Instagram and Facebook.
- Create engaging content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and others.
- Monitor social media channels and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely manner.
- Create visually appealing graphics and videos for social media and other digital platforms.
- Conduct research and stay updated on industry trends and best practices in social media and digital content creation.
- Analyze social media and website metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and strategies.
- Communications:
- Develop and implement communication strategies to increase organizational visibility and brand awareness. (Google adds, SEO).
- Manage the organization's online presence and ensure consistency in messaging across all platforms.
- Events:
- Assist in organizing and promoting events, webinars, and other virtual or in-person engagements for social media post purposes.
- Promote World Relief (office) events across all communications platforms
- Work alongside key stakeholders to create marketing collateral, displays, slide decks, and response mechanism for lead generation and segment nurturing
- Knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and Google Analytics is Required.
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.
- Proven experience in managing social media platforms and creating engaging content.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and digital content creation.
- Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut) and graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Canva), is desirable
- Committed to the mission, vision, and values of World Relief
- Fluent with social media platforms .Excellent English skills
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- One year of digital or content experience preferred (internships included)

$25 - $25 an hour

• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to have ordinary ambulatory skills sufficient to visit other locations

• Requires good hand-eye coordination, arm, hand and finger dexterity, including ability to grasp, and visual acuity to use a keyboard, operate equipment and read application information.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:
• General office setting. World Relief also offers hybrid and remote schedules for limited positions.
• Great lengths of time working on computer, reading from computer screen, entering information, standing at copier or fax machine, and some time on the phone or in virtual meetings may be required.
• Year-end archiving activities involve repeated lifting and bending.
