The Help Desk Support associates will be responsible to resolve a wide variety of processing issues all Ahold US based pharmacies such as third-party processing issues and password resets. Help Desk Associates are also responsible for filling, resolving, and maintaining prescriptions submitted through the IVR and internet. This position works 4- 10 hour days with rotating weeknds. Our flexible/hybrid work schedule includes 2 in person days at one of our core locations. Our core office locations include Carlisle, PA, Quincy, MA, and Scarborough, ME. Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis until the end of their appointment

Essential job functions:
  • Central Processing Functions: Processes new prescriptions faxed, electronically from physicians and the internet or IVR system.
  • Responsible to handle \"\"refill too soon\"\" issues with patient and insurance carrier.
  • Help Desk Functions: Responsible to resolve a wide variety of processing for AUSA pharmacies including third party processing issues, password resets in pharmacy system, issues with the electronic signature capture system and other misc. \"\"how to\"\" questions.
  • Responsible for maintaining of IVR hours of operation for holidays, refill reminder maintenance, daily audit feeds to Surescripts, PSA, E-Sig and Adheris, monthly Medispan testing and other misc. related duties.
  • Additional job duties may be assigned as needed to meet the needs of the business and support our Values.
Qualifications:
  • High School or GED
  • 2-4 years' experience
  • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis until the end of their appointment
  • 4- 10 hour days with rotating weeknds.
