Responsible to handle ""refill too soon"" issues with patient and insurance carrier. Help Desk Functions: Responsible to resolve a wide variety of processing for AUSA pharmacies including third party processing issues, password resets in pharmacy system, issues with the electronic signature capture system and other misc. ""how to"" questions. Responsible for maintaining of IVR hours of operation for holidays, refill reminder maintenance, daily audit feeds to Surescripts, PSA, E-Sig and Adheris, monthly Medispan testing and other misc. related duties. Additional job duties may be assigned as needed to meet the needs of the business and support our Values.
