Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to senior members of the Marketing team.
  • Involvement in the creation and distribution of marketing materials and information across a large roster of projects, internally and externally.

  • Maintains organization and distribution of all marketing contracts, invoices, filing, and correspondence.
  • Ensures all marketing projects are on track for due dates and provides communications updates to internal and external parties.
  • Develops checklists, templates, protocols, frameworks and any other standard operating procedures relevant to the marketing function.
  • Manages the review and approval process of marketing materials to ensure compliance.
  • Stays abreast of Marketing trends by participating in educational opportunities.
  • Event Management: Assistance with pre-meeting registration, booth selection / design / shipping / set-up logistics, exhibitor badges, sponsorships, educational symposiums, and workshops
  • Post-meeting booth dismantle / shipping logistics
  • Knowledge/Use graphic design, video editing, and artificial intelligence tools to create professional, high-quality content
  • Communicate presentations, press releases, news, events, and press releases through e-mail blasts, social media posts, corporate / clinical trial websites, and affiliates / agencies
  • Support company's digital patient recruitment initiative using online advertising platforms
  • Proficiency in search engine optimization (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM) in support of company's online strategy
  • Website inquiry management
  • Collaborate with internal employees and external affiliates / agencies to amplify company messaging
  • Social Media: develop plan collaboratively with marketing team and execute
  • Maintain and update website/app as needed

Required Skills/Abilities:

        Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

        Excellent sales and customer service skills.

        Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

        Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

        Knowledge of Buffer for scheduling content

        Proficient in Spark Adobe for content creation

        Salesforce Marketing Cloud - Email Automation

        Knowledge with website platform Webflow

        On-Site position

        Travel - 20% (driving locally)

Education and Experience:

        Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field required.

        One to three years of related experience in business, promotional sales, customer service, or related field preferred.

Compensation will be based on experience 

Pay Scale/Ranges:

$24.00-$27.00/hour (and the hourly equivalent for salaried employees).*

*Employees actual pay rate will depend on a host of factors including, without limitation, job location, specialty, skillset, education, and experience. The patey scale/ranges shown are representative of the pay rates for the job title reflected above, but an employees actual pay rate will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
