Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Marketing Coordinator to join our team at Full House Resorts. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe work environment, performing duties in compliance with safety procedures, and resolving problems or emergency situations according to established policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain a general awareness of company-wide marketing needs and keep the Marketing Director informed of any concerns.
  • Act to handle difficult guests, vendors, and employees in a diplomatic, courteous, and positive manner.
  • Enthusiastically make announcements to guests through PA and conduct promotional drawings.
  • Ensure all marketing signage is updated, including TVs and posters, and proofread all marketing materials.
  • Use Synkros Gaming Management System to update customer information.
  • Communicate accurate information about the casino and perform related administrative support duties effectively and promptly.
  • Provide guests, vendors, and employees with assistance, troubleshooting, and problem resolution as efficiently and promptly as possible.
  • Perform a variety of administrative support duties, including customer service, secretarial, scheduling, word processing, data entry, statistical, financial analysis, creating spreadsheets, report writing, recordkeeping, copying, faxing, delivery and distribution of mail, and other general office support activities.
  • Interact with numerous customers during work shifts, making an effort to become familiar with customers and develop positive relationships.
  • Promote all gaming activities and be knowledgeable about slot machine payouts, operations, and club membership.
  • Develop and maintain effective working relationships and good customer service skills with all guests and employees.
  • Respond to questions from guests promptly and accurately.
  • Provide personal attention to guests and assist with information on obtaining change, gaming rules, verification of winnings, and other assistance, as necessary.
  • Perform duties in compliance with the Colorado Limited Gaming Act, Internal Control Minimum Procedures, internal policies and procedures, and Colorado Limited Gaming Regulations.
  • Maintain alertness for performance of all responsibilities and a general awareness of marketing operations at all times.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience within a marketing environment is preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience responding to a high volume of telephone calls, and developing and maintaining positive relations with applicants, guests, vendors, and employees.
  • Demonstrated experience performing within specific deadlines or under pressure.
  • Demonstrated experience problem solving, organizing, and prioritizing work.
  • Demonstrated experience with graphics, spreadsheets, and analysis programs.
Education and Experience

Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent in education and experience. One (1) or more years of customer service or hospitality experience. One (1) or more years of recent and related successful experience marketing casino games is preferred.

Language Skills

Demonstrated effective and diplomatic oral and written communication skills using English.

Reasoning Ability

No decision making is required beyond the scope of essential duties.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations

Must have a valid and current State of Colorado Gaming License. Must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age.

Other Skills/Abilities

Strong verbal communication skills, including experience handling difficult customer relations. Demonstrated experience and proficiency on a variety of computer programs. Demonstrated experience using a multi-line telephone system is desired.
