Job Title: Regional Brand Ambassador

Overview: As a Brand Ambassador at New Riff Distilling, you will be responsible for representing New Riff Distilling and promoting New Riff products to customers and the community. You will play a crucial role in enhancing brand awareness, driving sales, and creating memorable experiences for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Product Promotion: Educate customers about New Riff Distilling's products, including our range of spirits, special releases, and brand story.
  2. Customer Engagement: Engage with customers in a friendly and approachable manner, answering questions, offering tastings, and providing recommendations based on their preferences.
  3. Event Support: Assist with organizing and executing promotional events and tastings to showcase New Riff and enhance customer experiences.
  4. Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to promote product sales, meet sales targets, and track customer feedback and preferences.
  5. Brand Representation: Represent New Riff Distilling professionally and uphold brand values and standards at all times.
  6. Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to provide valuable insights and support marketing strategies.
  7. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of promotional activities, customer interactions, and event feedback for reporting purposes.
  8. KPI's: Meet monthly Key Performance Indicator goals to include (but not limited to): key account visits, securing new points of distribution, securing new menu placements, conducting account staff trainings, executing retail merchandising and planning and executing events.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or brand promotion is preferred but not required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Enthusiasm for spirits and the whiskey industry.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Must be at least 21 years old.
