Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 3+ years of experience supporting PCs in an enterprise environment
  • Working knowledge of an Active Directory Domain environment
  • A+ and / or MCSA Certification preferred
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM), System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM), and / or Intune
