As an Employment Support Specialist operating from our central office, you will play a crucial role in linking job seekers with disabilities to fulfilling job opportunities in the community.

Your responsibilities will include evaluating clients' abilities, offering job coaching, and guiding them through the employment search journey while traveling within designated counties.


Required Qualifications:

  • An associate's degree in a relevant field is preferred, though not mandatory
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in community employment development is preferred
  • Familiarity with working alongside individuals with disabilities
  • Understanding of local job market dynamics and effective job search techniques
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
