Key Responsibilities- Deliver hands-on support, guidance, and training to individuals, enabling them to develop essential skills for daily living, including communication, social interactions, recreational activities, personal care, household management, vocational opportunities, and financial management, in accordance with personalized service plans while adhering to safety protocols.

- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High School Diploma or GED with a minimum of one year of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
- If driving is part of the role, a reliable means of transportation, a valid NYS driver's license, and a safe driving record for at least one year prior to employment are required
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
