AWARE seeks to provide opportunities for employees to grow professionally through its tuition advancement program, professional development opportunities and in-house trainings.Principal Duties & Responsibilities:Ability to, under AWARE’s Unconditional Care Philosophy, develop and implement individual treatment plans with the knowledge of behavioral, clinical, and mental health interventions, skill building techniques, and understanding of the emotional and behavioral needs of assigned clients.One-year experience in mental health services or a related field.Interpersonal oral and written communications skills to work as a team member, to make observations and to report them accurately, to learn behavioral, clinical, and mental health care methods, and to follow oral and written instructions and have the ability to facilitate meetings.RequirementsRequired Skills, Abilities & Education:High School Diploma or HSE is required, along with past employment experience.BS/BA Degree in a social work-related field and minimum of one (1) year of direct work experience in the human services field.Benefits:AWARE proudly offers an excellent benefits package, uniquely designed to support you and your family in staying well, professional growth, and achieving financial security.
