If so, then you might be a good fit for our Human Resource Generalist to opening The Role: The Human Resource Generalist positions support management and employees in conducting their work to deliver programs by providing traditional human resource services. These services include recruiting, hiring and orientation, compensation, negotiating and administering labor contracts, training, promoting employee safety, conducting workforce analysis and data reporting, performance management, resolving complaints and grievances, and establishing and enforcing policies and practices in the workplace that contribute to employee and department welfare and reflect state and federal employment regulations. HR Generalist are assigned to specific divisions and/or work units to provide consistent HR support. In general, each HR Generalist supports approximately 200 employees and their managers.
