Location:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide internal consultation and perform administrative tasks related to Medical Leaves of Absence (MLOA) and accommodations, including ADA requests, Family and Medical Leave, Short Term Disability, and Workers' Compensation.
  • Establish and maintain a comprehensive tracking system for headcount data.
  • Facilitate discussions regarding headcount impacts, including hiring, reorganizations, outsourcing, and insourcing, ensuring proper engagement with HR Business Partners (HRBPs) and Centers of Excellence (COEs).
  • Collaborate with Finance, Strategy, and HR to align on resource requests at the outset of business cases.
  • Work with cross-functional HR teams to design and implement a new enterprise-wide referral program.
  • Provide project management support to HR leadership and senior management.
  • Ensure accurate data management in collaboration with HR Tech, Position Management, and People Analytics.
  • Act as the central point of contact for reviewing business cases and managing communications with key stakeholders.
  • Track headcount and provide reports on project data.
  • Support larger projects by ensuring timely information flow from stakeholders.

Qualifications:
  • 5-7 years of experience in HR or project management.
  • Strong motivation and eagerness to gain practical experience in the HR field.
  • Prior HR experience or internships are preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and strong presentation abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Compensation and Benefits:
Pay Rate: $38/hr on W2
