Innova Solutions is seeking a dedicated HR Specialist to support our human resources initiatives.
Role Type:
Fulltime/ Contract to Hire
Duration: 6 Months (Potential for extension)
Location:

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide internal consultation and perform administrative tasks related to Medical Leaves of Absence (MLOA) and accommodations, including ADA requests, Family and Medical Leave, Short Term Disability, and Workers' Compensation.
- Establish and maintain a comprehensive tracking system for headcount data.
- Facilitate discussions regarding headcount impacts, including hiring, reorganizations, outsourcing, and insourcing, ensuring proper engagement with HR Business Partners (HRBPs) and Centers of Excellence (COEs).
- Collaborate with Finance, Strategy, and HR to align on resource requests at the outset of business cases.
- Work with cross-functional HR teams to design and implement a new enterprise-wide referral program.
- Provide project management support to HR leadership and senior management.
- Ensure accurate data management in collaboration with HR Tech, Position Management, and People Analytics.
- Act as the central point of contact for reviewing business cases and managing communications with key stakeholders.
- Track headcount and provide reports on project data.
- Support larger projects by ensuring timely information flow from stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- 5-7 years of experience in HR or project management.
- Strong motivation and eagerness to gain practical experience in the HR field.
- Prior HR experience or internships are preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and strong presentation abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Compensation and Benefits:
Pay Rate: $38/hr on W2
