Troubleshoot customer issues related to software deployment and hosting environments. Provide implementation guidance to customers in support of Clinical Architecture APIs. Ensure a positive customer experience by delivering great service and engaging with customers throughout the business relationship. Required Qualifications 5+ years of technical implementation support experience.? High School Diploma or GED required. 5+ years overall technology background. Programming experience (C#, Java, Python, or equivalent).? Proficiency in relational databases and some proficiency in SQL.? Experience with Microsoft SQL Server and Windows Server.? Familiarity with cloud hosting. Strong communication, both verbally and written.? Self-starter capable of working independently but also enjoys a team atmosphere.? Why Clinical Architecture?
