Position Summary

As a Lead Video Production Specialist at The BAM Companies, you will be instrumental in crafting our visual narratives and enhancing our brand image. Your primary responsibility will be to conceptualize, create, and deliver high-quality video content that aligns with the company's marketing initiatives, highlights our properties, and fosters community engagement. Key Responsibilities

  • Video Creation: Strategically plan, capture, and edit exceptional video content tailored for diverse platforms, including social media, websites, and internal communications.

  • Post-Production Excellence: Execute post-production processes such as editing, color grading, sound design, and visual effects to produce a refined final product.
  • Equipment Oversight: Oversee and maintain video production equipment, ensuring all tools and technology are functioning optimally.
  • Collaborative Efforts: Partner closely with the marketing team, property managers, and other departments to ensure video content aligns with strategic goals and company standards.
  • Content Development: Contribute to the formulation of a comprehensive video content strategy that enhances the company's digital presence and audience engagement.
  • Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior videographers, fostering a collaborative and innovative work atmosphere.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience: 5–10 years of professional videography experience, with a robust portfolio demonstrating a variety of video projects.
  • Technical Proficiency: Expertise in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) and familiarity with video production equipment.
  • Creative Insight: Outstanding ability to conceive and implement creative ideas that align with brand identity and marketing strategies.
  • Project Coordination: Strong organizational capabilities to manage multiple projects concurrently while meeting deadlines.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment.
