Clutch is looking for a CRM Specialist for an agency client of ours. Candidates MUST be Salesforce & HubSpot certified

Responsibilities:

  • Possess a strong understanding of HubSpot & Salesforce CRM functionalities, including contacts, deals, tasks, workflows, and automation. Additional CRMs preferred
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and security settings. Oversee data integrity through regular data audits, cleaning, and deduplication.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify areas for improvement within HubSpot.
  • Develop and implement workflows, automation sequences, and custom objects to streamline processes.
  • Build and manage custom dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and user activity.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Configure and maintain integrations between HubSpot and other marketing, sales, and service tools.
  • Provide ongoing training and support to internal users on utilizing CRM effectively.
  • Act as a point of contact for troubleshooting issues and answering questions.
  • Proactively stay updated on new CRM features and best practices.
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of experience administering and utilizing Salesforce, HubSpot CRM.
  • Proven experience with workflows, automation, reporting, and integrations within HubSpot, Salesforce.
  • Salesforce certification required Must be up to date.
  • Excellent understanding of marketing principles.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with data cleansing and deduplication techniques preferred.
  • Experience developing training materials and conducting user sessions preferred
  • Bachelors in marketing, advertising, communications, or similar.
