Digital Account Coordinator

Reporting to the Senior Director, Digital Account Management, the Digital Account Coordinator is a support role for the Digital Account Management team. The position will support optimal client service of Adrenaline's digital technology offerings by performing various account administration and process functions as assigned.
Accountabilities:
- Be the day-to-day liaison between assigned clients and Adrenaline teams, embodying and championing our core values: empathy, passion, agility, and optimism.
- Partner with Digital Account Supervisors to provide real-time insights from client interactions, contributing to the development of strategies and the execution of tactics aimed at fulfilling client objectives.
- Integrate with Project Delivery teams to align internal efforts with client goals and proactively address any challenges or opportunities that arise.
- Operate with a heightened sense of urgency to consistently provide a premium client experience, prioritizing client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Cultivate client retention and foster growth through personalized, concierge-style service and a commitment to exceeding expectations.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, facilitating communication and fulfilling client requests, particularly those related to digital content.
- Assist in the preparation, delivery, and monitoring of sales quotes and proposals, manage budget requests, and ensure accurate entries in the CRM system for assigned accounts.
- Collaborate with Digital Operations and other relevant departments to track and maintain precise operational data for assigned accounts, including but not limited to site lists, equipment inventory and warranties, and service ticket statuses.
- Monitor support requests, handling escalations from Digital Operations and discerning when further escalation is necessary. Coordinate field service visits with clients as required.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure thorough documentation both before and after sales transactions, maintaining consistency and accuracy in records.
- Assist Digital Account Supervisors in gathering, reviewing, preparing, and presenting operational performance reports to clients, ensuring transparency and accountability.
- Maintain regular communication with Digital Operations teams to ensure they are equipped with the necessary and accurate account information for efficient service delivery that aligns with client expectations.
- Monitor the invoicing process and accounts receivable for assigned accounts, aiding in ensuring accuracy and compliance with contractual agreements.
- 2+ years relevant work experience in account/sales coordination, customer service, data management or similar role.
- Strong organizational and information management skills.
- Proven self-starter with ability to successfully work in fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment with minimal supervision
