- Provide advocacy and assertive outreach to adults with mental illness.
- Collaborate with the Adult Services Department to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Human Services, or a related field.
- At least one year of experience working in the field of mental health or social services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- CPR/First Aid training is recommended.
