Key Responsibilities
  • IT Infrastructure Management: Design, implement, and maintain our IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and data centers.
  • System Administration: Assist in system administration, including managing user accounts, network permissions, and security settings.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor the performance of IT systems, including servers and storage systems, and address any issues.
  • Network Installation: Install network equipment, hardware, and software, including switches, routers, and cabinets.
  • Software Development: Develop, design, document, maintain, evaluate, support, and provide problem resolution for computer and IT systems applications.
  • Technical Support: Provide technical support for IT systems, including troubleshooting and resolving issues.
  • Project Management: Assist in project management, including assessing the organization's challenges and contributing to the execution of project plans.
Requirements
  • Clearance: Secret clearance required.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in an IT-related discipline and at least three years of experience in IT infrastructure management.
  • Certifications: Information Assurance Workforce (IAWF) DoD 8570 IAM Level III qualifications.
  • Experience: Three years of demonstrated knowledge and experience in NGEN/NMCI networks and the installation and experience of networks, their configurations, and their interconnectivity.
