We're on the hunt for a dynamic and detail-oriented Business Operations Specialist who is passionate about delivering exceptional administrative support and creating memorable first impressions. Additional responsibilities include: Be the First Point of Contact: Answer incoming calls, greet visitors, and ensure they feel welcomed and directed to the right place. Maintain Front Desk Excellence: Keep the front desk area organized and spotless, creating a positive environment for everyone. Event Assistance: Play a key role in organizing client events, internal office events, and project celebration Handle Mail & Deliveries: Receive, sort, and schedule pickups for mail and packages with precision. Visitor Management: Keep track of visitor logs, issue badges, and notify team members of their visitor's arrival.. Customer Service: Provide stellar customer service, building strong partnerships with internal clients. Facilities Liaison: Assist with projects and administrative tasks, supporting our Facilities team. Collaborate & Communicate: Work closely with various departments to achieve shared business goals. Engage & Connect: Actively reach out and connect with departments and regions to foster a cohesive work environment. Support Business Operations: Utilize Microsoft Office Suite to create, manage, and organize documents, spreadsheets, and presentations, contributing to smooth business operations. What You Need to Succeed at McKinsty Passion for architecture, engineering, accounting, consulting, or other professional services industry Strong attention to detail, time management and organizational skills. Proven ability to learn quickly and build strong relationships. Experience providing business support in a large matrixed organization or multi-office environment strongly preferred. Proficient with Microsoft products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook required. Some experience with SharePoint preferred.
