We have been growing significantly over the last few years and continue to grow at a rapid pace.

We are looking for an Account Representative to manage assigned customer accounts. You will address customer concerns and handle the day to day administration of accounts to include billing, inventory and data entry. We expect Account Representatives to be helpful and dedicated to our customers and coworkers. This role may often be challenging so you should be able to remain calm and polite in tough situations. If you have experience in customer service, we’d like to meet you. Your goal will be to foster long-term relationships with our customers and help grow our business.

Requirements

  • Be the main point of contact of assigned customers and provide excellent customer service
  • Follow up regularly to ensure client satisfaction through regular communication
  • Respond promptly to customer queries and complaints to find solutions and defuse tension
  • Pass on issues to managers when needed
  • Send reports on activity, accounts status and possible issues
  • Take the initiative to learn and master our warehousing management system
  • Proven experience in customer service roles
  • Proficient in MS Office particularly Excel
  • Strong communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking ability
  • Attention to accuracy and quality
  • Goal-driven with ability to work under pressure
  • Good problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment and maintain strong attention to detail
