Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Insurance Account Representative to join our team at Jenel Smith - State Farm Agent. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining strong customer relationships, developing leads, and marketing appropriate products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional service and support to meet their needs.
  • Lead Development: Develop and implement strategies to identify and pursue new business opportunities, resulting in increased sales and revenue growth.
  • Product and Service Marketing: Market and promote State Farm products and services to customers, ensuring they are aware of and understand the benefits of our offerings.
Requirements
  • Sales Experience: 1+ year of sales experience, preferably in an outside sales or inside sales representative role.
  • Interpersonal and Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Product Knowledge: Strong knowledge of insurance products and services, with the ability to effectively communicate their benefits to customers.
  • License Requirements: Must be able to obtain a Property and Casualty license, as well as a Life and Health license.
