Key responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets within the medical billing domain.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation activities.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including medical facilities, healthcare providers, insurance companies, and other relevant entities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions to meet the specific needs of clients, ensuring high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive dynamics, and regulatory changes affecting the medical billing process, and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Prepare and present proposals, presentations, and contract negotiations to prospective clients.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, track progress against targets, and report on key insights to senior management.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the business development team, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote brand awareness and cultivate partnerships.
- Uphold ethical standards and compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
