Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering field preferred but not required

3+ years of Quality experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus

Understanding of ISO 9100, ISO 45001 and TS16949 requirements

Problem solving skills such as RCA, 5-Why, A3, 8D, etc.

Knowledge of water-based chemistry/adhesives preferred

Strong Microsoft Office skills and proficient in use of SAP

Must be self-motivated, detail oriented, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Must possess strong communication skills and the ability to lead and coordinate efforts between various functional groups to address customer requirements and requests, and to complete projects related to the achievement of established quality improvement objectives.

Responsibilities:

Lead problem solving activities to troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints in addition to internal product/process failures

Determines impacted products/specifications during Management of Change (MOC) process; identify sales and customers of impacted products;

Manage Quality documents in HIMDOC database (Lab procedures, calibration records, etc.)

Guides, directs and determines root cause and corrective actions for continuous improvement, including regular reporting of defect analysis and proposed solutions for preventative action.

Communication with Sales Team and/or Supply Chain in resolution of customer issues/problems.
