Job Title: Senior Air Quality Engineer/Scientist

Yorke Engineering, LLC is seeking a highly skilled Senior Air Quality Engineer/Scientist to join our team in Northern California. As a key member of our environmental consulting team, you will be responsible for leading and executing compliance and permitting functions related to Air Quality Regulations and Compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and analyze processes and equipment to ensure compliance with Air Quality Regulations
  • Communicate technical and regulatory issues with clients, government agencies, and the public
  • Develop and implement effective solutions to complex environmental challenges
  • Train and mentor junior team members
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize work efficiently
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering
  • 10-20+ years of experience in the Air Quality and Environmental industry
  • Strong technical knowledge of Air Quality Regulations and Compliance
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
