Accountant - Janitorial Company

RamClean is a growing janitorial and commercial cleaning company dedicated to providing exceptional service to our clients. We are seeking an experienced accountant to join our team in our Cincinnati office and manage our financial operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Full-Cycle Accounting: Handle all aspects of accounting, including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, bank reconciliations, and general ledger maintenance.
Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Tax Preparation: Assist in preparing tax returns and ensuring compliance with all tax regulations.
Sub S Expertise: Strong understanding of Sub S tax regulations and reporting requirements.
Budgeting & Forecasting: Collaborate with management on budgeting, financial analysis, and forecasting.
Process Improvement: Identify and implement opportunities to streamline financial processes and increase efficiency.
Qualifications:
Experience: 3+ years as an accountant for a small business.
Education: Bachelor's degree in accounting
Software: Proficiency in QuickBooks and Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Drive)
Detail-Oriented: Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in financial records.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications (Optional):
Industry Experience: Experience in the janitorial, facilities services, or other B2B service industry.
CPA: Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
