Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Staff Accountant with a strong background in accounting to analyze financial information and prepare financial reports in order to determine or maintain records of assets, liabilities, profit and loss, tax liability, or other financial transactions.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Calculate monthly commission payments.
  • Reconcile general ledger accounts.
  • Participate in physical inventory of finished goods.
  • Participate in annual financial audits and complete assigned tasks.
  • Special accounting-related projects.


Required Skills and Behaviors:

  • Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and can effectively manage multiple tasks while meeting tight deadlines.
  • Research, compile, analyze, and interpret data.
  • Take initiative and interact with all levels of management.
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office software, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Work independently under minimal supervision.
  • Must be detail-oriented.
  • Experience with Acumatica software is a plus.


Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
  • A minimum of 5 years experience in a manufacturing accounting position is preferred.


Supervisory Responsibilities: None


Work Availability:

  • Ability to travel to other locations as needed.
  • Maintain a regular and acceptable attendance level as determined by management.
  • Must be available and willing to work weekends and holidays as needed by the employer.


Position Type/Expected Hours of Work: This is a full-time position and requires 40 hours of work per week, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
