Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and generate invoices.
  • Handle Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable tasks as designated.
  • Engage in effective communication (both verbal and written) with clients, suppliers, vendors, and banking representatives.
  • Maintain and update client fixed assets and depreciation schedules, including recording additions, disposals, and monthly depreciation.
  • Prepare necessary schedules and reports as required.
  • Generate 1099 and W-2 forms for clients.
  • Execute additional duties as assigned.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Certification as a QuickBooks Pro Advisor is advantageous.
  • Proficient in QuickBooks, Sage, Accountant's World, and Excel.
  • Prior experience in a CPA firm is preferred.
  • Highly organized and efficient with excellent time management abilities.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Outstanding customer service capabilities.
  • Able to collaborate effectively within a team and provide assistance as needed.
  • Capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently while ensuring accuracy and timeliness in tasks.
  • Competent in managing multiple tasks simultaneously with professionalism.
  • A minimum of two years of experience in accounting, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and financial reporting.
  • Must maintain strict confidentiality regarding client matters.
