DeMayo Law Offices is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Intake Specialist to serve as the first point of contact for our callers and provide all prospective clients with an exceptional telephone experience.

Responsibilities

  • Handling a high volume of incoming calls, setting the tone and pace of every client call
  • Accurately applying the firm's criteria, protocol and procedures to each caller's circumstances
  • Performing multiple activities while engaged with caller on the line, including scheduling potential client appointments, retrieving and analyzing accident reports, and highlighting the benefits of firm representation
  • Effectively communicating next steps if legal representation is warranted
  • Explaining, kindly and professionally, when the firm will not be able to assist a prospective client
  • Performing administrative duties related to customer service, client intake and overall client retention
  • Effectively "selling" the firm and services offered
  • Meeting targeted number of calls handled and appointments set
  • Treating the first and last calls of the day with the same level of care and compassion
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree preferred; however, a combination of education, certifications and experience may be considered
  • 1 year of sales experience required; knowledge of the personal injury/bodily injury field from previous experience in either the insurance industry or a personal injury law firm preferred
  • Outstanding customer service skills
  • Bilingual (Spanish) Preferred
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
