About the Job:

As an Autism Therapist, you will be responsible for conducting intake evaluations, designing treatment plans, supervising behavior technicians, and implementing positive behavioral treatment and skill acquisition plans. You will work closely with our team to provide caring support during family conversations, graph data, adjust strategies as needed, and provide routine progress summaries.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough intake evaluations, including functional behavioral assessments and skills assessments.
  • Design and implement tailored treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each client.
  • Supervise and train behavior technicians to ensure they are equipped to deliver high-quality care.
  • Implement and monitor the progress of individualized behavior support and skill plans.
  • Provide regular progress updates to families and collaborate with them to ensure their child's needs are being met.

Requirements:

  • A valid BCBA certificate is required for this position.
  • Experience working with children and teens diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities.
  • A vehicle is required for travel between assignments, and a valid driver's license is necessary.

  • A competitive salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience.

Schedule:

  • This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday.
