Job Description
Client Intake Process
- Gather and record accurate client/customer information (personal, financial, medical, or other relevant data).
- Conduct initial screenings and assessments to determine eligibility for services.
- Maintain detailed and organized records in accordance with company policies and regulations.
- Enter data into appropriate systems with a high level of accuracy.
- Serve as a liaison between clients and service providers, ensuring seamless transitions.
- Respond to inquiries via phone, email, or in person professionally and promptly.
- Adhere to all legal and organizational standards, including data privacy laws.
- Stay updated on policies and regulations affecting intake processes.
- Assist in scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating follow-ups.
- Provide general office support as needed.
- High School Diploma, GED, or higher education in related fields.
- 1-2 years' experience in a similar role preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in data entry and management systems.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Empathy and professionalism when dealing with clients.
- Self-motivated and flexible team player
Additional Information
In-person work office environment with flexibility in work schedule based for events that may fall outside of typical work hours.
