Our teams go beyond the expected to help clients move confidently through ambiguity and risk and drive more transformative outcomes.

Slalom Phoenix is growing our consultant team in areas of business analysis, systems analysis, process optimization and data & information systems. The ideal candidate will be a skilled, hands-on consultant with demonstrable experiences of delivering value and significant impact to businesses of different scale and scope, especially regarding moving the needle on business transformation initiatives.

What You'll Do
  • Partner with Project Managers and client stakeholders through a business and technology transformation
  • Solicit and gather requirements, including documentation and translation to test cases, acceptance criteria, and/or user stories
  • Understand the client's strategic direction and apply it to the project team to drive specific outcomes and measurable business benefits
  • Collaborate with teammates, while also owning outcomes independently
  • Work in multiple disciplines across industries and build client knowledge and credibility
What You'll Bring
  • 3-5 years of business analysis, requirements gathering/solicitation, systems/technology analysis, documentation, translation to user stories, acceptance criteria, and test cases
  • Business process documentation and optimization experience
  • Comfort with data and information systems
  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution
  • Ability to apply structured approaches and methodologies to your project work
  • Client facing experience with strong communication skills both verbal and written
