The ideal candidate will possess a robust analytical capability, exceptional communication skills, and a solid history in financial modeling and strategic finance.

Your primary responsibilities as an FP&A Consultant will typically encompass:

• Developing and sustaining financial models to facilitate strategic decision-making and analysis

• Offering insights into crucial financial indicators, trends, and potential improvement areas

• Spearheading the creation and oversight of budgets, forecasts, and financial plans

• Collaborating with clients to assess variances, pinpoint opportunities, and suggest corrective measures

• Understanding client business goals and aligning financial strategies accordingly

• Contributing to the formulation of strategic financial plans that correspond with client objectives

• Delivering insights to enhance business performance

• Preparing and presenting comprehensive financial reports to clients

• Conveying complex financial data in a clear and concise manner

• Identifying opportunities for process enhancements and efficiencies within the FP&A framework

• Keeping abreast of industry best practices and emerging trends in financial analysis

Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related discipline; MBA is advantageous

• Experience in FP&A roles or management consulting with a focus on financial analysis, with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience

• Advanced skills in financial modeling and analysis using tools such as Excel and financial planning software

• Strong comprehension of budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to collaborate effectively with clients and cross-functional teams

• Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and precision in financial analysis

• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines

• Dedication to the duration and requirements of the project
