Description
**This position is contingent upon contract award**
This program will support a United States Air Force mission with providing criminal history record information support. Our team will collect, analyze, identify, and present in various formats priority information to assist the government in performing criminal indexing oversight for a global law enforcement mission.
Duties and Responsibilities
The successful candidate will possess relevant and specialized experience in law enforcement/criminal justice, research, analysis, criminal history databases, and reports.
The Management Analyst III will:
Research, analyze, and update criminal history databases, statistics, and reports.
Identify and correct errors in criminal indexing submissions, biometric collections, and dispositions.
Review, assess, and archive administrative and criminal history incidents and investigations.
Analyze various aspects of organizational functioning, including management, processes, structure, culture, and performance.
Conduct organizational or process analysis, utilizing qualitative and quantitative analysis tools and techniques.
Identify sources of problems, makes recommendations for solutions, including designing and implementing appropriate organizational interventions.
Apply organizational and management theory and principles to understand and improve organizational effectiveness and efficiency in achieving business goals.
Work with all levels of the organization, from leadership and senior management to the workforce; interactions may include coaching, interviewing, workshop facilitation, training, and surveys. Focus is on understanding why and how effectively an organization, program, process or group of people, function in the present manner; how function or performance could be improved; and what should be done to bring about the improvement in effectiveness and/or efficiency.
Position Requirements
Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent experience.
Ten years of experience.
Possesses relevant and specialized experience in law enforcement or criminal justice.
Working experience and knowledge of Criminal Justice Information Services (CJIS) and law enforcement.
Working experience and knowledge in security management, assessments, law enforcement, and criminal justice operations.
Must possess an active Secret Clearance.
Ability to work in a team environment.
