Job Description:


The Program Manager (PM) will provide the project control and contract administration necessary to manage a high volume, multiple task processes for a large, diversified team so that the cost, schedule, and quality requirements are tracked, communicated to the Government, and ultimately attained. The PM shall provide real-time monitoring of status/deliverables, tracking the quality of work products and gauging overall customer satisfaction

Requirements:

Job Requirements


Ten (10) years of full-time professional experience in Project Management and Systems Engineering to include IT Systems.

Five (5) or more years specialized experience performing work in each of the following areas:

- Demonstrated experience managing projects of similar size, scope and complexity.
- Demonstrated experience supporting Dept. of the Navy and/or Dept. of Defense programs.
- Demonstrated experience developing cost estimates and executing program budgets
- Demonstrated experience managing multiple Technical Instructions (TIs).
- Demonstrated experience completing projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline.
- Demonstrated experience utilizing Agile Methodologies for software, hardware, system, or process development.
- Demonstrated experience supporting US Navy shipboard and shore-based installation programs.


Education/Professional Certifications:


Master's level degree in one of the following disciplines: management, engineering, computer science, information systems or business.
Security Clearances: Secret required.


Security Clearance:

Applicants must have an active security clearance and/or the ability to obtain and maintain a US government security clearance as specified in the minimum qualifications. Selected candidates will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements to obtain a DoD government-granted security clearance. Individuals will be subject to a background investigation to include but not limited to, criminal history, employment and education verification, drug testing, and creditworthiness.
