Your strategic vision and business acumen will be key in expanding our market presence and fostering long-term client relationships. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement effective business development strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets. Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the commercial, data center, and life science sectors. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, industry partners, and stakeholders. Collaborate with internal teams to develop compelling proposals and presentations. Stay abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Construction Management, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development within the construction industry, specifically in commercial, data center, and life science projects. Proven track record of securing and managing large-scale construction projects. Strong network of industry contacts and clients. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities. Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
