As a Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant, you will play a critical role in contributing to the strategy by partnering with internal stakeholders to anticipate and meet nCino's current and future talent needs. You will leverage your experience in recruitment and your deep understanding of industry best practices to collaborate with team members to build recruitment and attraction strategies, whilst providing an outstanding and meaningful candidate experience. You will be a trusted advisor in topics related to your area of specialization, including market dynamics, key network groups, diversity attraction, and sourcing trends.

Essential Functions:

  • Collaborate closely with hiring leadership to understand the needs of their teams, unique characteristics, and how TA feeds into broader departmental objectives and goals
  • Participate in recruitment strategy meetings with hiring leaders to ensure alignment of job requirements, candidate qualifications and attraction approach. Use findings to assist in developing a well-defined and communicated recruiting strategy based on a clear understanding of nCino's values and vision for the future
  • Utilize insights produced by peer stakeholders to drive intelligence-driven conversations with hiring community
  • Contribute to strategies through the development of content and resources that encourages a company-wide recruiting culture, where every employee is an active talent scout, spreading the nCino employer brand and identifying future candidates in an expanded talent network
  • Promote a candidate-centric focus with hiring managers and their teams being laser focused on creating a positive end-to-end experience for candidates by wowing them with clear, frequent, and informative engagements. Ensure close alignment between candidates and nCino corporate culture
  • Actively manage interview process by implementing best practices and by providing coaching, and support to ensure robust, consistent approach to assessing candidates
  • Understand and utilize recruiting reports and dashboards to demonstrate the productivity and value of TA
  • Identify opportunities to adapt recruiting strategies to ensure nCino's proposition remains compelling in a changing talent marketplace and as the business priorities and economy change
  • Continually evaluate the effectiveness of TA processes, identify opportunities for improving workflow, process efficiencies and candidate and hiring manager experience
  • Cultivate budding talent on the recruiting team by mentoring / training more junior colleagues and creating / offering training efforts
  • Support early talent and intern recruiting efforts, internal TA, and People Operations projects
Qualifications:
Required:
  • 5+ years of recruiting / talent acquisition experience and Bachelor's in Human Resources or related field degree or an equivalent combination of education or experience
  • Stakeholder management experience, able to network confidently, promoting and building your professional brand on the way
  • Strong business acumen, actively modelling great teamwork and collaboration
  • Demonstrable experience in TA recruiting for highly skilled, in demand professionals
  • Experience using an applicant tracking system (ATS)
  • Able to deliver to a very high standard in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
  • Adept at analyzing data and using data to inform decisions
  • Strong assessment and interviewing skills with a command of assessment methodologies, tools, and approaches
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills, applied effectively to both candidate and hiring manager interactions
  • Motivated and creative thinker capable of bringing in new approaches, fresh ideas, and cultivating the nCino culture
  • Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability manage multiple projects and responsibilities concurrently
