KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
Human Resources:
Acts as the to-go-to HR person for all Benefits related questions/concerns
Responsible for maintaining Students/Interns/Contractors listings and requirements
Maintains Driver Listing and training requirements
Advises and processes external/internal Transfer Requests
Responsible for weekly filing and trainings into training records
Responsible for Health-stream updates/changes/tracking Health-stream expert for HR
Responsible for maintaining Personnel Records and filing appropriate documentation
Assists with RBH Morale and Retention processes/events
Performs Orientation Training if HR Director is unavailable
Backup to other HR coordinator if they are out of office
Upholds Organizations ethics and customer service standards.
This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive. Employee may perform other related duties as required to meet the ongoing needs of Reno Behavioral Healthcare Hospital.
This position will work Monday - Friday, between the hours of 8am - 5pm with some flexibility based on needs.
Requirements
Associates degree in Human Resources/Business/Healthcare preferred
At least one (1) year of Hospital Human Resources experience preferred
Knowledge of Workable ATS and UKG preferred
Knowledge of both Federal and State Labor Laws preferred
