Recruiter
with strong leadership and excellent problem-solving skills along with good communication skills.
Job Responsibilities:
Ensure the security of the building by having visitors follow necessary sign-in protocol
Resume screening & interview set ups
Post Job ads on Indeed, Apploi and other platforms
Candidate's phone screening
Assistance to HR manager in administrative tasks of the department such as reports
Employee onboarding
Qualifications
Well-versed in taking telephone calls and handling stressful situations
High school graduate, G.E.D. recipient, or equivalent
Must be BILINGUAL (spanish/english)
Excellent interpersonal skills, organizational skills, customer service skills, and verbal communication skills
Office background required
Recruitment background required
Intermediate computer skills using Microsoft Office Suite and Google Office Suite
The ideal candidate will have a very energetic personality, professional demeanor, attention to detail and have the ability to multitask
