This position requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who possesses strong communication and interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate will have a customer-oriented mindset and the ability to effectively articulate the benefits and advantages of our programs to prospective students. A passion for education and the drive to help students succeed is essential in this role. Responsibilities Conduct outbound calls to prospective students and provide information about our programs and admission process. Assist potential students in completing the enrollment process, including gathering necessary documentation and guiding them through the necessary steps. Build and maintain relationships with prospective students to ensure a smooth transition into their educational journey. Follow up with prospective students who have expressed interest but have not yet enrolled. Provide guidance and support to prospective students throughout the application and enrollment process. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all student interactions and inquiries. Minimum Requirements Associate's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience. Previous experience in a customer service or sales role, preferably in a high-pressure call center environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work independently and within a team environment. Detail-oriented with the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and deadlines. Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed to accommodate potential students' schedules.
