Meet established call volume goals. Perform required identification verification for existing members. Identify appropriate problem/question resolutions. Effective referral of callers to appropriate departments for additional assistance as needed. Perform accurate updates to member address and contact information as directed. Perform accurate transactions and file maintenance on member loans and accounts as needed. Identify cross sell opportunities for credit union products and services that may benefit members. Prompt and effective review and resolution of 24/7 after hours escalation calls and messages. Assist in picking up daily mail/correspondence and distribution for the credit union. Preferred Skills: Six months or more of similar or related experience. Equivalent to a high school education.
