We are on the lookout for a talented individual to join our Air Solutions Team as the Head of Sales for Heating Solutions. This position can be remote or hybrid, provided you are located in the Eastern or Central Time zone and are near a major airport for travel purposes.

As the Head of Sales for Heating Solutions, you will lead a dedicated team focused on expanding LG Air Conditioning Technologies' presence in the residential and commercial heating markets, including water heating, air-to-water heat pumps, and hybrid heating systems.


Key Responsibilities:
Business Development:

Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within the heating sector, targeting contractors, national accounts, and specifiers. Assess investment needs for fostering long-term partnerships, including training and marketing support.


Sales Management:

Oversee the strategic planning and execution of heating sales initiatives across assigned distribution channels and sales representatives.


Collaboration:

Work closely with internal teams, including experts in various fields, to ensure effective strategy development and execution for LG's heating solutions.


Reporting:

Regularly report on progress against business objectives and provide necessary insights for quarterly reviews.


Training and Development:

Design and deliver training programs on heating products and marketing strategies for sales agencies, distributors, and contractors.


Innovation:

Propose creative strategies to enhance customer preference for LG products, driving market share and sales growth.


Communication:

Clearly convey heating-related policies and strategies to customers and partners.


Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum of ten years in sales leadership with a proven track record in managing successful sales teams.
  • Experience in leading sales strategies with project owners and large development firms.
  • Extensive knowledge of the heating industry, particularly in VRF systems.
  • Strong relationships within the plumbing distribution sector.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and related software.
  • Solid understanding of business operations, marketing, and financial management.

Base Salary: $152,000 - $198,000. We value transparency in compensation and consider various factors in determining salary, including experience and skill set.
