Shall be responsible for the performance of work, contract compliance, and quality control of contracts. Serves as a leader of contracts, provides information to assist Government points-of-contact, to include the Contracting Officer (KO) and Contracting Officer's Representative (COR), other Government management personnel, and customer agency representatives. Responsible for the overall management of the contract and meeting timelines and deadlines to provide technical solutions. Lead and manage a staff of service workers. Responsible for the performance of work, contract compliance, and quality control. Serves as the leader and primary point of contact for multiple task orders. Works closely with the Government's COR, other Government management personnel, and customer agency representatives. Develops and defines acceptance criteria for all project phases and key deliverables. Closely monitors critical milestones and deliverables. Ensures project stays aligned to the strategic goals and delivers the planned and stated benefits. Provides technical guidance, support, coordination, and oversight to project staff preparing written project documentation. Collaborates with various groups and multiple client organizations. Identifies and analyzes project risks and prepares risk response plan. Proactive communication of risks to concerned stakeholders. Identifies and ensures resolution of all project level issues. Manages all communications between internal stakeholders, clients, and third parties. Ensures preparation of various status and progress reports with metrics for various stakeholders. Ability to understand, analyze, and present data to internal stakeholders, clients, and third parties. Aligns all project components and groups to ensure project success. Fosters a high-performance team environment where diversity is valued, and people are treated with respect and dignity; applies innovative and effective management techniques to maximize employee performance.
