As one of the largest storm restoration roofing companies in the U.S., we've completed over 25,000 projects across 9 states, thanks to the dedication and passion of our team.What You'll Do:Market Engagement: Be the face of Premier in your market, focusing on HOA Community Management.Relationship Building: Forge strong connections with Community Association Managers and Board Directors, earning preferred vendor status.Sales Leadership: Manage a pipeline with sales cycles of 3-12 months and nurture relationships to close contracts.Impactful Presentations: Deliver compelling pitches to decision-makers and HOA members, showcasing Premier's value.Team Collaboration: Partner with the estimating team to support clients through every step of the process.What You Bring:Experience: 3+ years of B2B sales or business development with a proven track record of closing contracts.Skills: Proficiency in CRM tools, Google Suite, exceptional communication, and a consultative sales approach.Education: Bachelor's degree preferred.Mindset: Goal-oriented, resourceful, and skilled in overcoming objections and negotiating contracts.What We Offer:Compensation: A competitive package with a $75,000 annual base salary + commission, and a $1M sales goal in your first year.Benefits: Health, dental, unlimited vacation, 401K, company vehicle, and Premier apparel.Professional Growth: Access to ongoing training, company-wide events, and opportunities to grow within the organization.Culture: Work with a passionate, dedicated team in a collaborative environment where innovation and excellence are celebrated.Application Deadline: December 20 2024Location: Bedford, Texas
