Job Overview

Premier Roofing Sales is seeking a skilled Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building relationships with homeowners and guiding them through the insurance and roof replacement process.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to earn uncapped commissions earning 19% profit on completed roofing projects. Our business allows for a flexible schedule and growth based on performance and sales goals. The sales team is paid weekly and will be mentored by a proven sales leader within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Travel to storm-affected areas to assess damage on single-family roofs
  • Build relationships with homeowners and navigate them through the insurance process
  • Recommend upgrades or additional options based on homeowner requirements
  • Collaborate with a mentor invested in your success
  • Attend weekly sales meetings
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Able to drive to control your own income
  • Goal-driven and self-motivated
  • 2 years of sales experience
  • Flexible schedule
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Able to climb ladders and walk on rooftops

We provide weekly onboarding pay for the first 8 weeks, including any commission. This is a commission role. We estimate the annual salary for this position to be around $120,000-$150,000, depending on performance and sales goals.
