Compensation: Exempt, $46.92/HR-$67.03/HR

Job Summary:
The HRBP supports all HR programs, mission and goals. The role provides the opportunity to facilitate employee relations issues, engage in productive labor relations, advise on performance management, guide effective employee development and be a part of evolving a highly productive and valued service model.

Job Specific Duties & Responsibilities:
  1. Serves as a trusted and credible partner providing expert employee relations and consultative services to management, staff, and team members.
  2. Advise and consult mangers & employees during difficult and highly complex issues - - including performance management, corrective action/disciplinary action, grievances and investigations.
  3. Provides advice and counsel based on knowledge and understanding of HR laws, practices and procedures: processes, collective bargaining agreements; policies and guidelines.
  4. Develop programs and implement recommendations that support achievement of business goals and strategy.
  5. Assists leadership in determining staffing plans as well as conducts sourcing and recruitment activities for open positions.
  6. Development and implementation of a variety of strategic HR programs in the areas of Talent Development, Performance Management, and Organizational Development.
  7. Develop and conduct presentations, trainings, and workshops regarding HR initiates and topics.
  8. Other duties, as assigned.
Required Education and Experience:
  1. BS/BA or equivalent with a focus on business, human resources, or related field.
  2. 5+ years of progressive work experience in human resources, including learning and development, human resources generalist, or business partner roles.
Required Licenses, Certifications and/or Registrations:
  1. Professional human resources certification preferred (i.e.: PHR/SPHR, SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP) preferred.
