Job Description

The Paralegal will be responsible for supporting the General Counsel and Corporate Counsel in the Tomra Collection Americas business. Tomra operates 5 processing facilities, transportation depots, and redemption centers, partnering with beverage distributors and various customers in retail, institutional, and commercial businesses segments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contract Management
    • Take ownership of the entire contract management process from beginning to end, documenting the process throughout various stages.
    • Proactively identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
    • Draft contracts using templates, including sales agreements, contract renewals, and amendments.
    • Work with company employees to gather information for drafting, revising, and finalizing agreements.
    • Send out agreements for electronic signature and file signed agreements in online document storage.
  • Special Projects
    • Assist with and/or manage special projects based on business needs.
  • Administrative Assistance
    • Draft external correspondence on various topics, including contract or real estate matters.
    • Draft corporate governance documents as needed.
    • Provide general support to the legal department.

Requirements

  • Minimum of three years of experience.
  • $35-$40/HR based on experience.
