We are seeking an intern to assist our Human Capital team in supporting Training & Development and general human resources functions within the department. The ideal candidate should be meticulous, adaptable, and proficient in utilizing various technology platforms, with a passion for client service and exceptional organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate logistics with presenters for upcoming training sessions
  • Oversee training operations, including sending invitations, recording sessions, tracking attendance, and managing post-session requirements
  • Devise and implement innovative strategies to improve training efficiencies
  • Conduct research and provide insights on new platforms, technologies, and resources
  • Update Barnum's internal intranet, B-1, with training schedules and HR updates
  • Design surveys and collect feedback following training sessions
  • Assist in overall event coordination, including liaising with internal specialists, catering arrangements, and, if necessary, supporting travel/hotel accommodations
  • Engage in training sessions to acquire new skills and foster a culture of learning
  • Proactively manage internal platforms and systems such as Salesforce, online folders, and shared documents to ensure information remains current and accurate
  • Maintain guidelines, policies, procedures, and HR manuals for employees and contracted associates
  • Provide ad hoc assistance on assigned projects and any escalations

Qualifications:
