Position Overview

Complete Staffing Solutions is seeking a dedicated Human Resources and Office Administration Manager to lead our HR department within a reputable home healthcare agency.

Compensation: Competitive salary in the $70K range.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • HR Oversight: Managing all aspects of the Human Resources department, including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management in collaboration with the agency owners.
  • Staff Orientation and Recruitment: Conducting orientation sessions for new caregivers and actively participating in the recruitment process.
  • Administrative Collaboration: Engaging in administrative meetings and representing the agency in external gatherings as needed.
  • Operational Management: Planning, organizing, directing, and evaluating operational activities to ensure high-quality care and achievement of growth objectives.
  • Relationship Management: Maintaining strong relationships with long-term care facilities, referral sources, and health community partners.
  • Staff Development: Ensuring optimal performance of office personnel through effective coaching, guidance, and conducting annual performance evaluations.
  • On-Call Duties: Fulfilling on-call responsibilities one week each month.
Additional Responsibilities

Other non-essential duties may include:

  • Participating in job fairs at nursing assistant schools and engaging in recruitment efforts.
  • Interacting with client family members as necessary.
  • Completing additional tasks as assigned by the agency owners.
