This position provides financial support and oversight to Drivetrain’s Product Group within the Large Power Systems Division (LPSD). The role is responsible for providing business insights associated with Research & Engineering and Material spend through monthly reporting, forecasting and analysis. This position will require a robust skillset in financial analytics, collaboration of cross-functional teams, problem solving skills, communication and a customer-oriented mindset. Successful candidates will be able to quickly understand the business, processes and customer needs, while identifying and implementing process improvements to existing tools/processes to better serve our customers. Experience in Axiom and PowerBI is strongly desired for this position.

What You Will Do: Provide timely and accurate financial record keeping and reporting as directed by management Maintain financial records in accordance with GAAP and organizational standards Create reports on financial performance for internal and external use Create and utilize automated tools for the updating, analyzing and reporting of financial results Identify continuous improvement ideas What You Have: Education/Experience:

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and 6+ years of accounting experience Accuracy and Attention to Detail:

Understanding the necessity and value of accuracy; ability to complete tasks with high levels of precision Analytical Thinking:

Knowledge of techniques and tools that promote effective analysis; ability to determine the root cause of organizational problems and create alternative solutions that resolve these problems Decision Making and Critical Thinking

: Knowledge of the decision-making process and associated tools and techniques; ability to accurately analyze situations and reach productive decisions based on informed judgment Effective Communications:
